State narcotics policemen, who were tipped off about the illegal activities, raided the place on Tuesday night, said Penang police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi.
The officers arrested three men and an Indonesian woman, aged between 26 and 48, and seized a Toyota Vios, a Proton Waja, a Mitsubishi Triton and two motorcycles, as well as RM186,000 in cash from the house.
The officers seized drugs and chemicals valued at RM1.2mil from the place.
“The assortment of chemicals and tools revealed that the house was used as a drug-processing laboratory, which is believed to have been in operation for four months,” he said at the state police contingent headquarters yesterday.
